Refunds and cancellations

Effective November 5, 2026

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the total you paid for your confirmed purchase.

Postponed, rescheduled or relocated events

If an event is postponed, rescheduled or moved to another venue, your tickets remain valid for the new date or location. If the event is later cancelled, you will receive a full refund as described above.

Problems with your order

If you do not receive your tickets before the event, or your tickets are not valid for entry, contact us as soon as possible. We will provide comparable replacement tickets or a full refund.

All other sales

Once a purchase is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded because you change your mind or can no longer attend, except as described above or where the law requires.

How to request a refund

Contact customer support by phone or email (see Contact) with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. How long a refund takes to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.

Privacy policy

This policy explains how DRJ Technologies LLC, which operates Prism ("we", "us"), handles personal information when you use the Prism website and mobile app.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, account details, billing address, and the orders and bids you place.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors, such as Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser details, IP address, and how you use Prism, including through cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure.

How we use it

We use personal information to provide and operate Prism; to process orders, bids, payments and refunds; to communicate with you about your account and orders; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud and keep Prism secure; to improve our services; and to comply with the law.

How we share it

We share personal information only as needed to run Prism and complete your orders. This includes service providers that help us operate (such as payment processing, hosting and customer support) and the parties involved in fulfilling your order. We may also share it when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing dan@drj.tools. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.

Children

Prism is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and significant changes will be communicated through Prism or by email.

Terms of service

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and DRJ Technologies LLC, which operates Prism ("we", "us"). They govern your use of the Prism website and mobile app. By using Prism, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to buy tickets or place bids. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Buying tickets and placing bids

Each listing shows its seat location and all-in price before you buy. When you buy listed tickets, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown, and your purchase is confirmed when we send you a confirmation.

An ordinary bid is not binding. It does not authorize a charge and never becomes a paid order on its own. A bid can lead to a charge only if you separately select a funded auto-buy option and give your express consent, and then only when the purchase conditions you agreed to are met.

We may cancel a purchase affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud or tickets that cannot be provided; if we do, we will refund the full amount you paid.

Events and tickets

Unless stated otherwise, we are not the organizer of the events listed on Prism. Organizers and venues are responsible for their events. Your tickets are subject to the organizer's and venue's terms and rules, which may include the right to refuse entry. Delivery details for your order are provided with your order confirmation.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refunds and cancellations policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Prism. This includes using it for fraud or any unlawful purpose, using bots or automated tools to buy tickets or access Prism, interfering with its operation or security, or breaking an organizer's or venue's rules.

Our content

Prism and its content, including its design, text and software, belong to us or our licensors. You may use Prism only as these terms allow.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Prism is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using Prism at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If you continue to use Prism after a change, you accept the updated terms.
